Standard Shipping
We know you are excited to receive your dress! Most orders are shipped within one week – two weeks after the order has been processed. Please set aside two extra days around peak times of the year (eg Black Friday weekend) and holidays.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Once submitted to the post office, parcels take approximately 3-5 business days if they are traveling first class, or 2-3 business days if they are traveling priority mail, to reach you.
Please note that PALMY is not responsible for parcels once submitted to the post office. All status updates, notifications, tracking information and delivery confirmation are handled other than as provided via your tracking number.
Returned mail: Insufficient or otherwise undeliverable address
Occasionally, we receive mail that is ‘returned to sender’. This could be for several reasons.
If a parcel is returned to an undeliverable or insufficient address (eg incorrect address or missing information, such as apartment number), the customer will need to pay for the additional freight, to resend your parcel. There are no refunds in lieu of recharge. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when you check out.

We are unable to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. All items are listed with multiple images/angles. All items on the website have either a size reference (often a US quarter) or dimensions listed. If you have additional questions about an item, please email us before purchasing the item(s).
