Shipping Policy — Palmy Clothing

What we make & how we ship

  • Made-to-order only. Every Palmy piece is tailored to your measurements after you place the order (no ready stock).

  • No returns or exchanges due to custom production. Our quality guarantee covers confirmed craftsmanship/material defects versus the measurements you submitted—if that happens, we repair or remake.

Delivery regions & timelines (total time from order → delivery)

  • Kuwait (Standard): 7–12 business days.

  • Kuwait (Fast Execution): ~3 business days. Capacity-limited and shown at checkout when available.

  • Outside Kuwait (International): Within 10 business days, destination-dependent.

Business days are Sun–Thu (Kuwait). Public holidays may add time.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders ≥ 60 KWD.

  • Orders under 60 KWD: shipping fee is shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier.

Order processing & changes

  • Production begins shortly after payment. Cancellations aren’t available.

  • Need to fix an address, color, or measurement? Message WhatsApp +965 55164627 immediately. We’ll try to adjust before cutting starts (not guaranteed once in production).

  • Multiple-item orders normally ship together. If you need split shipping, WhatsApp us (additional fees may apply).

Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive tracking by SMS/email when your order ships.

  • Couriers deliver to the address and mobile number provided—please ensure they are accurate.

  • If a delivery attempt fails (no answer/wrong address), a re-delivery fee may apply.

Duties, taxes & import fees (outside Kuwait)

  • International customers are responsible for local duties/VAT where applicable. Your courier will advise and collect these. Palmy is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Fast Execution (Kuwait)

  • A paid priority production & delivery lane targeting ~3 business days door-to-door.

  • Limited daily slots; availability displays at checkout. Not all items/colors are eligible on all dates.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • Scans can batch; if tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, contact us with your order number.

  • If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, check with building security/neighbours first, then WhatsApp us within 48 hours so we can start a carrier trace.

  • Damage on arrival? Photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours. If we confirm a craft/material defect relative to your submitted specs, we’ll repair or remake.

PO boxes & restricted addresses

  • Some couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted locations. If that’s your only option, WhatsApp us before ordering so we can advise alternatives.

Payments for shipping

  • We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard. Cash on delivery is not available.
